Since joining Caldwell & Watson, LLP in 2006, Bridget Bobick James has worked in the areas of business litigation, trust and estate litigation, and family law, managing cases throughout every stage of litigation, including trials and appeals. Previously, Ms. James worked for many years at one of Atlanta’s largest law firms, Troutman Sanders LLP, where she concentrated her practice on commercial litigation and ERISA litigation.
Ms. James has consistently obtained favorable results for her clients in an array of cases. Her trial experience ranges from divorce and child custody trials to federal court jury trials involving claims such as of conversion, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract. She has been admitted to the State Bar of Georgia since 1996 and is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts in Georgia, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh and Sixth Circuits.
Ms. James received a B.A., with honors, from the University of Notre Dame in 1993 and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1996. She served on the University of Georgia Law Review and is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and the Order of the Coif.
