Jeremy M. Moeser
Jeremy Moeser joined Caldwell & Watson in 2009 after nine years at a large Atlanta law firm. Mr. Moeser’s practice focuses on general business litigation and trusts and estates litigation. He represents both individuals and corporate clients of all sizes, and successfully has handled a wide variety of cases including:
• Contractual disputes;
• Business torts and other commercial disputes;
• Employment disputes;
• Insurance coverage disputes;
• Land use and land condemnation disputes;
• Broker/dealer disputes;
• Product liability matters, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
Mr. Moeser practices in courts throughout Georgia at both the trial court and appellate court levels. Mr. Moeser also recognizes the importance of resolving disputes in the most efficient and cost effective manner, and has significant experience with alternative forms of dispute resolution.
Mr. Moeser graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1995 with a B.A. in government and history. He obtained his law degree from Mercer University School of Law in 1998 and graduated cum laude. While at Mercer, Mr. Moeser was a member of the Mercer Law Review and Brainerd Currie Honor Society. After law school, he served for two years as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William T. Moore, Jr., United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
Mr. Moeser regularly volunteers his time with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyer’s Foundation, Atlanta Legal Aid, and Habitat for Humanity. He enjoys spending time with his two young children, running, and hiking.
